2022 – WirtschaftsWoche – “Top Labor Law Firm 2022”
The law firm Wolff Schultze Kieferle (WSK) is again listed in the current WirtschaftsWoche listing from May 2022 as “TOP law firm 2022“was awarded in the legal area of “labor law”.
This means that the WSK law firm will continue to be one of the most renowned law firms for employment law in Germany in 2022.

The Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) asked more than 5,200 lawyers from 288 law firms about their most renowned colleagues in labor law.
According to the jury's assessment, 69 law firms prevailed in labor law.

2023 – brand eins – “Best commercial law firms for employment law 2023”
In the current issue of brand eins magazine (May 2022) on the topic “The best commercial law firms in Germany 2022”, the law firm Wolff Schultze Kieferle (WSK) was recognized as the top law firm in the area of “employment law” in the nationwide ranking for the third time in a row.
The law firm WSK was once again able to improve its ranking in terms of recommendations and is now in the second highest quartile (***).

The list of the best commercial law firms in Germany 2022 in brand eins magazine is based on a survey among lawyers (colleague survey) and in-house lawyers (customer survey). Among others, 12,757 lawyers from commercial law firms and 3,609 in-house lawyers were identified for the survey and invited to participate. A total of around 2,670 lawyers and in-house lawyers took part in the survey and completely filled out the questionnaire.
Only law firms that received an above-average number of recommendations in their respective legal area were honored. The law firm WSK Arbeitsrecht has once again made it into the ranking of the best 32 commercial law firms in Germany in the field of labor law with a *** rating.

2023 – Magazine ptern – “The best lawyers for private clients 2023”
The law firm Wolff Schultze Kieferle (WSK) has once again made it into the stern-List of the best law firms in Germany for private clients in the field of employment law. The magazine star In its current issue (June 2023), WSK lists the law firm as one of the best 20 employment law firms for the entire south of Germany.

The list of the best law firms in the star is based on a survey of lawyer colleagues in which a total of 4,506 lawyers took part. The star names in its list the best 200 law firms from four specialist areas - from labor law to traffic law. Only law firms that received an above-average number of recommendations made it onto the best list. The star wants to provide guidance on where clients can expect high levels of competence.
We are very pleased that, as a specialist law firm for labor law, we are not only one of the best law firms in Germany in terms of representing employers, but have now also been particularly recognized for our advice and representation of managers and employees.

2023 – Handelsblatt – “Lawyer of the Year for Labor Law”
In cooperation with the renowned US publisher “Best Lawyers”, the Handelsblatt published the major ranking of the best lawyers in Germany in its issue of June 16, 2023. The survey is based on an extensive peer-to-peer survey. Business lawyers are asked which competitors they recommend.
We are very pleased that our colleague Dr. Andreas Wolff received the award this year “Lawyer of the Year for Labor Law“ has received and together with Mr. Attorney Oliver Kieferle for the legal area Employment Law was named “Germany’s Best Lawyers” in the ranking.

The current Handelsblatt edition is based on the 14th edition of the Best Lawyers rating. Every year, the US publisher in Germany identifies the most renowned legal advisors exclusively for Handelsblatt in an extensive peer-to-peer process. Lawyers are asked which competitors they can recommend. The result is a comprehensive overview of the “Best Lawyers of 2022”.

2023 – FOCUS Recht-Spezial – “TOP commercial law firm for labor law 2023”
FOCUS Magazine has honored the lawyers of the WSK law firm in several respects for their achievements in the field of labor law.
The entire WSK law firm is once again recognized in the current FOCUS list 2023 as one of the TOP commercial law firms 2023 in Germany for the area of labor law. For the ranking, the data company Statista compiled a list of the top commercial law firms in 12 legal areas on behalf of Focus. The list is based on the recommendations made by partners of commercial law firms and in-house lawyers. The lawyers were able to make recommendations for other law firms in each of the 12 specialist areas. The law firms that are included in the Focus Top list of commercial law firms receive the “Top Commercial Law Firm 2022” award.
The selection of the top lawyers in the FOCUS special is based on recommendations from specialist lawyers. A total of over 15,000 relevant individual recommendations were evaluated. The respondents were able to recommend lawyers for each field who, in their opinion, were characterized by great competence and experience.
The results of the ranking are included as a “Lawyers” supplement to issue 37/22 of FOCUS magazine.
2022/2023 – JUVE Handbook – “Best commercial law firms in employment law”
The law firm WOLFF SCHULTZE KIEFERLE is once again listed as one of the best commercial law firms for employment law in Germany in the newly published JUVE Handbook 2022/2023.
